On Friday 8th February 2008 we had the Official Opening of KES COLLEGE’s New Library by Mr. A.C. Chowdhury, Minister of Local Urban Bodies, Technical Education, Labour & Employment Department and Industrial Training Department of the Haryana Government in India. In his speech, Mr. Chowdhury refered to the importance of books in the formation of each person’s personality and spiritual identity. In the Official Opening, also present was the Indian Ambassador in Cyprus Ms. Lavanya Prasad.

The new Library which covers an area of 180m has a collection of about 12.000 books and a variety of journals and cds that students can refer to for their research projects. In addition, the New Library is equiped with study desks and computers that all students can use for free.
