Payment Instructions of Tuition Fees
Payment of tuition fees can be done in one of the following ways:
Cash
Personal Cheque
With a Personal Cheque during office working hours. Make cheque Payable to: KES SCHOOLS LTD. Returned cheques will NOT be deposited again and must be replaced with cash immediately. There is a €40.00 administration fee on return cheques.
Direct Deposit
Can also remit payment (Direct Deposit) at: 0110-11-057367, Bank of Cyprus, KES SCHOOLS LTD account. Always include Student’s No. assigned during registration and make sure you receive your receipt from accounts department.
Direct Banking
Direct Banking through Bank of Cyprus website: www.bankofcyprus.com (Category: Payments / Tuition Fees).
Transfer
Transfer from other Banks or COOPs to the following account at the Bank of Cyprus:

Through the JCC Smart website (www.jccsmart.com) using your credit cards (VISA).

Tuition Refund
Already paid tuition fees are non-refundable and/or non-transferrable to another individual for any reason. The already paid tuition fees of a student can be used, however, to follow another program in the future to redeem the credited amount. This provision is afforded to the student upon registration.
Please Note: There is a 50 Euro surcharge fee deducted from the immigration deposit refund for college administration fees.
